Press C. Type it. Gone.

Quick add opens from anywhere in the app. Tag a board with #, hit enter, and it lands in that board’s To do — then the box stays open for the next one.

  • #crm, #ops, #client — matches any board by its name
  • Defaults to the board you’re on, or the one you used last
  • Pin the boards you live in; each gets its own + in the sidebar

02Boards

Every board gets its own columns. Every column knows what it means.

Call your columns whatever your team calls the work. Give each a type, and TrackStack knows that “Legal check” is review and “Shipped” is done — so completion is counted the same way everywhere.

  • Drag cards and columns; rename and reorder freely
  • Moving into a Done-type column completes the card — deleting never does
  • Six types: Backlog, To do, In progress, In review, Done, Cancelled

Workload, what’s stuck, who handed out what, and whether the team is finishing work as fast as it arrives. Open anyone’s page for their week-by-week output, how long their cards take, and how often they beat the due date — then give them a task right there.

06Reports

The weekly update, written for you.

Pick a person or the whole team and a period. TrackStack reads what actually happened on the boards and writes it up — highlights, what to watch, and how stretched people are. Download it as a PDF.

  • This week, last week, this month, last 30 days or any range
  • Grounded in real cards — it names them, it doesn’t guess
  • Keep a history and regenerate any report later

Second app · Time tracking

Hours on the cards you already have — not in another tool.

  • One click starts a timer on any card; it stays in the header while you work
  • Start another and the first one stops — no double-counting
  • Forgot to start it? Move the start time back, or log time by hand
  • A weekly timesheet for everyone, by day and by card
  • Managers see the team’s week, hours by board and who’s on the clock now
  • Paying someone hourly? Payroll uses the hours they tracked

08And the rest

The small things, done properly.

01Repeating tasks
Daily, weekdays, weekly, monthly, yearly — or every N. Finish one and the next shows up on schedule.
02Checklists & comments
Break a card down, talk it through, and every change lands in the card’s activity log.
03Attachments
Files up to 25 MB on any card. Images preview in place.
04Due times that travel
Set 3 pm and everyone sees it in their own timezone. Dates stay dates.
05Live sync
Move a card and your teammate’s board updates. No refresh button.
06Links to any card
Every card has its own URL — paste it in chat and it opens right there.
07Pinned boards
Keep the boards you live in one click away, with a + to add straight into them.
08Home briefing
What needs you, what you’re waiting on, and which boards and people are running late.
09Roles that make sense
Owner, admin, manager, member. Managers hand out work; everyone runs their own list.
10Invites that just work
Send a link or an email. People sign up, say their name, and land in your workspace.
11No passwords
Sign in with a one-time code by email. Nothing to forget, nothing to leak.
12Several organisations
Belong to more than one workspace and switch in a click.

09Pricing

10Questions

Fair questions.

Is it priced per seat?

No. One flat price for the whole organisation — invite the team without doing maths first.

What happens when someone deletes a task instead of finishing it?

It’s gone, and it doesn’t count as done. Completion only comes from a Done-type column or “Mark complete”, so your numbers stay honest.

Can every board have different columns?

Yes. Each board owns its columns. Give each one a type — To do, In progress, Done and so on — and My tasks and the People view still line up across all of them.

Where does the AI report get its facts?

Only from your workspace: cards finished, moved, reassigned and overdue in the period you pick. It names real cards, not guesses.

Does TrackStack pay people?

No — Payroll is a record, not a bank. Pay people the way you already do, then record it: pay schedules, raises, payments, contracts and payslips all live in one place.

Can people see each other’s pay?

No. Owners and admins see everyone’s; everyone else sees only their own pay and documents, read only. And none of it exists until you install the Payroll app.

Can we track time against cards?

Install the Time tracking app. Start a timer on any card — it stays in the header while you work, and starting another stops the first. Everyone gets a weekly timesheet, managers see the whole team, and hourly pay in Payroll can use the tracked hours.

Is there a free trial?
